We are looking for a charismatic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and driving the business. You will come with a detailed knowledge of restaurant operations, a positive can-do attitude, an eye for detail and the skills to perform, fully understanding what it means to deliver a 5-star service!

You will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding the guest’s expectations and be a proactive individual constantly striving for excellence. You will have a natural and genuine hands-on leadership style that inspires and influences others. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and be fully responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the restaurant, staff management and training along with ordering and stock control, recruitment, rostering and other administration duties.

We anticipate that the main shifts you would cover would be breakfast and lunch, however flexibility would be required. 

About You:

To be successful in your application as Assistant Restaurant Manager, you must have:

  • Previous experience at Assistant Managerial level within an F&B outlet in Luxury Hotels
  • A strong operational background
  • Experience in recruitment and administration duties
  • A passion for hospitality and Food & outstanding service
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • An outgoing, down to earth personality
  • Sound problem solving and decision-making capability
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Right to unrestricted employment in the UK
