Events Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, meticulous and experienced Events Coordinator who has a natural focus and eagerness for creating and delivering extraordinary guest service.

You will be solely responsible for the planning of all events in the hotel from the contract stage to billing and the event itself. As the main point of contact, you will keep both the client and operations team fully informed and briefed at all times; before, during and post event, ensuring the event runs seamlessly on the day and that all feedback after the event is communicated and followed-up.

You will also generate and receive enquiries for private events and small meetings and show prospective clients the meeting and event spaces. We are a boutique hotel with small events spaces – The Muse, The Terrace, The Snug and our bar which can be exclusively hired. For any event no matter how small, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and your service must reflect this promise to our guests.

About you

  • Previous events planning/coordination experience within a luxury hotel or events company
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Extremely organised and able to multi task
  • Right to unrestricted employment in the UK
