Executive Housekeeper

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team.

In this role you will have full accountability for the cleanliness and upkeep of all hotel bedrooms and public areas. You will be a hands-on leader who will motivate and drive your team to deliver the highest standards of service ensuring they anticipate needs and exceed guest expectations, while achieving profitability. You will naturally be passionate about all aspects of housekeeping, have an exceptional eye for detail and the skills to perform – understanding exactly what it means to deliver a unique 5-star service and create stories that inspire.

About You

To be successful in your application for our Executive Housekeeper role, you must have:

  • Previous senior housekeeping management experience within luxury properties
  • A creative approach to providing different and unique guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop a team
  • A passion for cleanliness, high standards, and a keen eye for detail
  • A desire to consistently deliver an excellent level of service and improve departmental performance
  • A highly organised nature, and be self-motivated with the ability to multitask and set priorities
  • Confidence in your ability for problem solving and decision-making in order to reach a positive resolution
  • A hands-on approach and be flexible around the hotel operation and its requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Opera
  • Legal permission to work in the UK essential
