About the role:

As our Front Desk Agent, your role is to create a warm and friendly welcome to our guests as they arrive and ensure their stay is memorable until the point of bidding farewell.

It is important that all our team members understand exactly what it means to deliver a 5 star service and create ‘stories to inspire’. You will naturally engage with our guests, consistently providing a high end guest service – always aiming to achieve 100% guest satisfaction!

About you:

To be successful in your application as a Front Desk Agent you must have:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent within a luxury hotel
  • Proficient knowledge of Opera system
  • A genuine passion for hospitality
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Right to unrestricted employment in the UK- In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Please note that our Front Desk Agents work on a shift basis. This does include working occasional night shifts (based on a rotation between seven agents), so you must be willing and able to occasionally work during the night.
