If you’re looking for something on the lighter side, look no further than our Insalata Verde, Melanzane alla Scapece, Ricotta di Bufala e Menta. La Tagliata di Manzo Americano is a dish that is sure to delight your palate This prime U.S. beef rib eye steak is cooked to perfection, allowing the meat’s natural flavours to shine through. It’s served with wild rocket leaf and Vesuvian Datterino tomato, which add a fresh and zesty flavour to the dish. And let’s not forget about the aged Modena balsamic vinegar, which gives the dish a rich and tangy kick.
If you’re a seafood lover, you should definitely not miss the Filetto di Branzino Cileno Ricci e Ossetra. This confit Chilean sea bass fillet is so tender that it practically melts in your mouth. It’s paired with braised white onion, which adds a subtle sweetness to the dish. And the sea urchin veloute takes it to the next level by providing a rich and creamy flavour.
