Treat yourself to a Gin Pairing Dinner at Lucciola Restaurant & Bar!
Helmed by Piedmont-born Chef de Cuisine Francesco Gava, Lucciola will serve a delicious 3-course set menu designed to delight even the most discerning epicureans.
The menu starts with amberjack carpaccio served with braised Tropea red onion & wild fennel leaf, paired with a light Spirit of Abalone & Tonic, followed by cavatelli pasta with Alaskan king crab, butter sauce, Amalfi lemon & saffron, paired with a Muma French 75. To complete the evening, an irresistible lemon cake with white chocolate paired with a Ginepario Martinez will provide a satisfactory and tangy finish.
The dinner pairing will be served from 6pm – 10:30pm on 11 August 2022 and is priced at HKD1,188 per person.
