Introducing New Cocktails to Celebrate Negroni Week in September


In celebration of the 10th Negroni Week with over thousands of restaurants & bars participating around the world, and an effort to raise money for a charitable cause, The Hari Hong Kong will be introducing three new cocktails at Lucciola Restaurant & Bar from 12th – 18th September.

The three Campari-infused cocktails served at Lucciola have been designed for all tastes and preferences – the Classic Hari Negroni, concocted with The Hari’s branded gin, Campari and Rosso; Taroccoroni, a fruity and refreshing cocktail with orange juice, malfy blood orange, lemon juice, Campari, and elderflower syrup; and Agaroni, a robust cocktail with widges, vida mezcal, Campari, lime juice, and agave syrup for a smoky twist. Each cocktail is priced at HKD108.

The Hari Hong Kong will donate to the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund further to the campaign. As an organization that shares the same values as Negroni Week, Slow Food strives to cultivate communities and seek a better world for all through hospitality. Its community-led projects will lead the transformation of the global food system through preserving cultural and biological diversity, promoting food and beverage education and knowledge exchange, and raising awareness on critical food and beverage issues.
