MENU & F&B HIGHLIGHTS
The evening’s dinner menu boasts a six-course, starting with a selection of Snacks including Unagi, Foie Gras, and Apple Chili Sauce Nori Crackers with Ponzu and Caviar. A Crudo of Amaebi, Ikura, and Horse Mackerel followed by Wagyu Nigiri while the mains include a slow cooked Octopus and a grilled Ribeye. To complete the evening, a Japanese Fruit Tart will provide a satisfactory and tangy finish.
Accompanying the meal is a themed drinks list, comprised of cocktails such as Whiskey Neat, Golden Age Spritz, Gatsby Highball, Tea Party, Mint Julep as well as Maison L’Huillier Champagne and Asahi beer.
The dinner menu will be served from 6pm – 9pm and priced at HKD1,288 per person, inclusive of a six-hour free flow of beverages until 12am. Guests can also enjoy canapes and free flow of drinks between 9pm and 12am, priced at HKD888 per person.
