Day & Night Guest Services Agents

Welcome to the Family, welcome to The Hari!

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and personable Guest Services Agent to join our FABULOUS Front Office team. You will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly welcome to our guests as they arrive, ensuring their stay is memorable until the point of bidding farewell.

It is important that all our team members understand exactly what it means to deliver a 5-star service and create “Stories to Inspire”. You will naturally engage with our guests, consistently providing a high-end guest service- always aiming to achieve 100% guest satisfaction!

About you:

To be successful in your application as a Guest Services Agent you must possess the following:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk/Receptionist/Guest Services Agent within a luxury hotel
  • Proficient knowledge of Opera system
  • A genuine passion for hospitality
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Right to unrestricted employment in the UK- In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Please note that our Guest Services Agents Agents work on a shift basis which does include working occasional night shifts (based on a rotation between 4 agents) so you must be able and happy to work during occasional nights.
