You will be working closely with the Director of Revenue to maximise rooms revenue for both transient and group segments, the successful candidate will show a willingness to learn and continue to develop the role. A flexible approach and good time management skills will be required. At all times you must demonstrate high energy levels and provide consistently high levels of customer service both internally & externally. It is imperative that you understand exactly what it means to deliver a 5-star service and “Make Someone’s Day!” You will naturally engage with our guests, consistently providing a high-end guest service- always aiming to achieve 100% guest satisfaction!
