When it comes to food, our ethos is that all raw ingredients at the heart of our creations must be Italian. This is why all of the food served at il Pampero has regional influences – in particular from southern Italy.
Il Pampero also welcomes Head Chef, Matteo D’Elia. Hailing from Rome, Italy, Matteo brings with him experience working within intimate, neighbourhood restaurants to five-star hotels. As well as the great classics, he enjoys experimenting and finding new combinations to amaze our guests. These can often be found on our seasonal à la carte menu.
