Sales Manager – Corporate

Job Description

• Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts to maximize revenue potential in alignment with our overall sales strategy.
• Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients through regular sales calls, telemarketing, site inspections, and engaging entertainment activities.
• Network Development: Proactively identify and forge partnerships with relevant organizations, industry associations, and local businesses to drive additional sales opportunities.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve average rate and occupancy targets as outlined in our business plan and annual financial objectives.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication, teamwork, and a cohesive approach to driving sales and revenue growth.
• Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor pricing, innovative concepts, and other information that contributes to achieving departmental financial and hotel goals.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the hotel industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in lifestyle or design hotel environments.
• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging industry practices and trends, with an eye on future developments.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including strategies and tactics that have proven effective in the marketplace.
• Exceptional follow-up abilities paired with effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and drive results.
