This seasonal partnership brings more than a visual transformation. A curated bar menu pairs The Hari’s signature playful spirit with the timeless sophistication of the champagne house, creating a distinctive and intentional experience. Savour the delicate sparkle of Perrier-Jouët, available by the glass or bottle. From the crisp Blanc de Blancs to the floral Blason Rosé, and the iconic Grand Brut, each cuvée offers a distinct expression of the House’s signature style.

The refreshing ‘Realist’ blends Everleaf Forest, apple, lemon and Double Dutch pomegranate & basil soda; the floral and bubbly ‘Impressionist’, combines Caleno Light & Zesty with mint, elderflower, cucumber and pink grapefruit soda. For a richer, fruit-led option, the ‘Cubist’, brings together Everleaf Mountain combined with homemade blueberry syrup, lemon, blackberries and almond.
