The Hari is the place to be this upcoming bank holiday weekend, from iconic portraits of Her Majesty The Queen, to cocktails inspired by her favourite tipples.
To make life easier for you, we have put together our idea of the perfect Jubilee weekend, including delicious food, exciting street parties and a luxurious stay at The Hari!
Arrive at The Hari and admire the iconic portrait of Her Majesty The Queen, by Chris Levine – a renowned UK-based artist working in the field of illumination art.
‘Lightness of Being’, was commissioned by the Jersey Heritage Trust and was created during the sittings for ‘Equanimity’ which shows the monarch with her eyes closed. The image was taken in between the sittings during a minute of reflection and a moment’s peace from the bright lights.
Head to The Hari Bar and enjoy The Royal Nectar; a sweet take on Her Majesty’s favorite cocktail with an added subtle hint of honey.
The glass is washed with Absinthe, before combing Sauterne and gin (stirred, not shaken) and garnished with a sprig of lavender and a white chocolate truffle.
The Royal Nectar is best enjoyed under the warm spring sun on our Garden Terrace, surrounded by crawling ivy, bougainvillea and lavender.
Now onto brunch at il Pampero!
You can expect a fusion of typical brunch dishes and authentic Italian recipes, including our famous Cacio E Pepe and delicious homemade pizzas.
To celebrate the Platinum Jubilee, be sure to indulge in a ‘Royal Affair’; our signature Champagne cocktail, with apple and cinnamon infused gin, and moscato; famous for its sweet flavors of peaches and orange blossom.
Buckingham Palace is gearing up for celebrations marking HM The Queen’s record-breaking 70 years of service.
Starting on Thursday 2 June, The Queen’s Birthday Parade will see more than 1,400 parading soldiers, 200 horses and 400 musicians marching down The Mall.
Another highlight includes The Platinum Party on Saturday 4 June – a live concert with some of the world’s biggest entertainment stars. Don’t worry, if you haven’t got a ticket, you can watch the concert live on BBC One!

As you explore all the wonderful Platinum Jubilee displays, be sure to make your way to Elizabeth Street on Sunday 5 June for an unmissable street party.
Open to all, visitors can enjoy live music & entertainment, a beautiful horse and carriage, as well as puppet shows and face painting for the younger guests.
Eccleston Yards will also host a pop-up food court, including barbecue dishes, served on napkins with jubilee-themed artwork created by local schoolchildren.
