il Pampero invites you on a six-course Italian love affair, where the evening opens with an oyster amuse-bouche before unfolding into a choice of exquisite starters. At the heart of the menu, decadence takes centre stage with lobster lasagnetta – delicate layers of pasta, lobster ragù and parmesan foam.
A choice of three mains deepens the romance, followed by a rose-infused raspberry panna cotta to refresh the palate. The finale? A chocolate, hazelnut and passion fruit mousse, perfect for sharing.
