Spring is slowly emerging in London, ultimately meaning that the beautiful Spring flowers are too, giving you the perfect reason to explore the many gardens and parks across the city. Starting locally, witness the sea of a million daffodils in Green Park, before venturing onwards to Regent’s Park and Kensington Gardens to see a myriad of colourful tulips. If you feel like venturing further afield, take a trip to Kew Gardens, where you can spot snowdrops, magnolia’s and bluebells in over 300 acres of beautiful landscape.

LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT

Yet another star from the hit TV show ‘Succession’ is gracing the stage in the West End, this time being Brian Cox in award winning family drama, Long Day’s Journey into Night. Following the semi-autobiographical accounts of director Eugene O’Neill, the play follows a single, explosive day in the life of an American family in the summer of 1912. As the day slowly creeps into night, expect deep emotional exploration that will take you through the typical struggles and complexities of family life.

THE ART OF BRICK

Noted as one of CNN’s must see exhibitions, The Art of Brick has arrived in London showcasing a range of extremely impressive Lego sculptures. As a bid to help city-dwelling visitors disconnect from their day-to-day hyper-connected and fast-paced lives, Hong Kong based artist Zheng Bo has transformed the neoclassical courtyard of Somerset House into a garden full of bamboo. The free exhibition invites all to simply come along and enjoy a picnic or just a quiet sit-down while sketching elements of the urban jungle, with the final drawings becoming fertiliser for the garden, therefore creating a circle of creativity and sustainability.
