Art has long been in the DNA of The Hari brand and the Pontone Gallery, located in London, was selected as the gallery to adorn the walls of The Hari Hong Kong, bridging The Hari London to its new sister in Hong Kong. Bringing together new and inspiring voices on the contemporary art scene, the gallery is renowned for presenting work that is distinguished by its quality, originality and creativity. Pontone Gallery shares its work in diverse and uninhibited ways, exhibiting at many art fairs worldwide.
Spanning a variety of mediums, including wooden sculptures, dream-like photographs, graphic paintings, three-dimensional images and digital film pieces, the art collection at The Hari Hong Kong showcases artists which have been personally selected by the Pontone Gallery and A Space For Art, who has curated the spaces at The Hari London since its launch in 2016. The collection includes “The Monumental Melt” by Rado Kirov using mirrored stainless steel, Hong Sungchul’s “String Hands” using complex layers of hundreds of pieces of wood, and Lee Jeonlok’s digital reinterpretation of the “New Kiss”.
