Exuberant yet timeless, Zoku Restaurant is a tasteful tribute to the culinary culture of Japan. Beneath an asymmetrical origami ceiling, Zoku, meaning “clan” in Japanese, is designed for socialising with khaki velvet booths playing off a palette of pinks and leathers.  It is the ideal space to enjoy cocktails with Japanese ingredients, or wine and sake late into the night.

At Zoku, all fish & seafood on the menu are sourced and carefully selected from different prefectures and countries not subjected to any restriction.

※Zoku adheres to a smart dress code for all guests, including children. Gentlemen refrain from wearing shorts, vest, sandals or slippers.

※Hotel restaurant guests enjoy three hours of complimentary parking per car with a minimum spending of HK$1,500. Our valet parking operates on a first-come-first-serve basis and is subject to availability. A dining receipt must be presented for complimentary parking.

Sukiyaki Cheese Fondue


As the winter chill returns to the city, indulge in Zoku’s popular Sukiyaki Cheese Fondue for sophisticated al fresco dining.

Available every Thursday to Saturday, the fondue is exclusively served at The Terrace. Set amidst lush greenery with Wan Chai views, it features a blend of Swiss Emmental, Tokachi cheese and premium sake.

Priced at HK$688 for two, the fondue includes tea or coffee with vegetarian accompaniments and a range of condiments. January at Zoku – Savour the Season

Discover the robust and seasonal flavour of wild-caught Buri, celebrated for its rich, full-bodied taste and fine, velgpt texture—a true seasonal highlight.

We present two distinct preparations to honour this prized fish. The Buri Yuan Yaki offers a beautifully seared fillet complemented by fresh daikon and gently charred shishito peppers, creating a balance of savoury and subtle sweetness. Alternatively, the Buri Usugiri features delicate slices of raw Buri, elevated by fresh mikan citrus, aromatic Miyoga ginger, and fragrant shiso, delivering a bright and nuanced dish that allows the fish’s pristine flavour to shine.

To complete your meal, we recommend pairing with a selection of refined sakes. The crisp, clean notes of Byakko Junmai or the elegantly dry Gassan Junmai Houjun Karakuchi complement the crab’s sweetness, lifting the palate and balancing its rich, buttery finish.

Zoku Restaurant & The Terrace is available for weekend brunches every Saturday and Public Holidays.

Kick off your brunch feast with a vibrant assortment of sashimi, alongside an array of hand-crafted skewers and rolls to awaken the palate. For the main course, choose from dishes such as Hamachi Kama (grilled yellowtail collar with sweet potato espuma), Chargrilled Lamb Chop, and U.S. Prime Beef Ribeye Steak. Guests may also elevate the meal by adding Robusutā Tsukemen (Lobster Tail) or A-4 Miyazaki Wagyu Steak for a supplementary charge.

Conclude on a sweet note with tempting desserts like Shū Kurīmu (White Chocolate & Matcha Puff), Salted Caramel Sando, and Ichigo Taruto (Strawberry & Pistachio Tart).

Live music presented by talented local artists from 1-3pm, completes the immersive weekend experience.

The brunch menu starts from HK$628 per adult and HK$488 per child (aged 5–11), and includes complimentary free-flow beverages such as soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, and a curated selection of red, white, and sparkling wines from our cellar. Enhance your experience with a free-flow sake and Champagne package for a supplement of HK$368.
