F&B Service Agent / Ambassador Vacancy

Job Description

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, fair command of Italian or Japanese would be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests via phone calls
• Understand how to work wholeheartedly and efficiently with team members
• Able to stand in restaurant areas during whole working hours

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
• Multitasking, enthusiastic, conscientious and outgoing
• Able and willing to work on shift
• Willing to take initiative and show your care to guests
• Able to work under pressure
