This offer is prepaid and non-refundable at the time of reservation. / A credit card is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking. / Credit card used for making the booking must be presented upon check-in. / Rate is subject to 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax per room per night. / Offer is subject to availability. / Booking must be made one day in advance; Room booking is cancellable and amendable up to 24 hours prior to arrival. A penalty charge equivalent to a one-night room charge for this offer will be applied for cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival. / Suite booking is cancellable and amendable up to 72 hours prior to arrival. A penalty charge equivalent to a one-night room charge at this offer will be applied for cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival. / Not to be used in conjunction with any other special offers or packages. / To comply with the Product ECO-responsibility Bill 2023, effective 22 April 2024, a nominal fee of HK$10.00 per guest per stay is applied, with a maximum of HK$20.00 per room per stay. / Two Category A seated concert tickets at Kai Tak Stadium on 5 December 2026 included in this stay package are strictly reserved for the guest named in the booking who completes the check-in process. / Tickets are non-saleable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold, gifted, exchanged, auctioned, drawn as a prize, or redeemed for cash, other goods, or services. They may not be used for any commercial purposes, assigned or passed to any third party, or converted into cash or any alternative form of compensation. In the event of any violation, the hotel and/or the organiser reserve the right to cancel the tickets and/or the accommodation booking without any refund. / For further details, please refer to Live Nation HK’s official social media platforms or official website. / The person collecting the tickets must be the registered primary guest named on the booking confirmation. To check in and receive the tickets, guests must present valid identification matching the booking name (such as a passport or identity card) alongside the credit card used to make the reservation. Failure to present valid identification, name discrepancies, or refusal to verify identity will result in the hotel withholding the tickets without refund. / Ticket seating is allocated by the hotel and/or the organiser subject to availability. Seat selection, specific seating zone requests, adjacent seats, upgrades, or exchanges are strictly not permitted. Final seating is subject to the actual physical tickets issued. / Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and venue, and remain subject to all admission rules, security checks, age restrictions, photography, recording, and conduct policies established by the organiser, Kai Tak Stadium, and the ticketing platform. Latecomers or guests violating venue rules may be refused entry. / Physical tickets will be issued at check-in or during a timeframe designated by the hotel. Third-party collection, postal delivery, or advance collection are strictly unavailable. Tickets must be presented and used solely by the recipient in accordance with the organiser’s rules and may not be transferred. / Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or unpresented tickets will not be reissued, refunded, or compensated. Any duplicated, forged, or resold tickets will automatically be deemed invalid. / If a reservation is cancelled, modified, result in a no-show, checked out early, or breaches any terms, the ticket entitlement will automatically be voided. The hotel reserves the right to retrieve or invalidate the tickets without providing a refund. / If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or subject to changes in venue, performer line-up, program adjustments, or other alterations due to the event organiser, venue, production team, artists, or other non-organiser reasons, the organiser shall assume no responsibility for such occurrences. Relevant matters shall be handled in accordance with the rules announced by the event organiser or ticketing platform at the time. The organiser reserves the right to assist with communication or provide alternative arrangements based on the actual situation, but does not thereby assume any liability for compensation, reimbursement, or additional responsibilities.
