In collaboration with A Space For Art The Hari Art Prize 2026

Art has long been in the DNA of The Hari brand and is one of the core pillars of The Hari Hong Kong where a rotational showcase of exceptional artworks is curated by London-based A Space for Art. Further to the success of the launch of The Hari Art Prize in collaboration with A Space For Art at its sister hotel, The Hari London, The Hari Hong Kong is bringing this campaign to town to set the stage for young talents to unleash their artistic skills to the full, contributing to propel the vitality of the art scene in Hong Kong.

After the remarkable success in 2025, The Hari Art prize will be held for its third year as part of the hotel’s now annual rolling art programme.

Submissions for 2026 are now open till 31 December 2025. Artworks can be in any genre or medium but must be located in Hong Kong.

A showcase of the selected works will be presented on the day where the winner will receive a HK$100,000 cash award, generously donated by Dr. Aron Harilela.

The first runner-up will be awarded a luxurious 2 Days 1 Night Corner Room stay, which includes daily breakfast and dinner for two at Lucciola or Zoku. Meanwhile, the second runner-up will receive a similar 2 Days 1 Night Corner Room stay, with daily breakfast and a delightful set lunch for two at Lucciola or Zoku.

The selected works will be exhibited at The Hari, while the shortlist artists will be showcased at the dedicated page at The Hari Art Prize website, where viewers can delve into the creative process behind each winning piece.

Wu Jiaru is a multidisciplinary artist who works across painting, installation, and moving image. These works merge abstract and figurative elements, inviting viewers to contemplate the subtle expressions of violence in our world. Audiences are encouraged to capture the reflective effect by taking photos with flash light, unveiling a hidden perspective of the paintings.
