The event took place on in May at The Hari’s Lounge, featuring an exclusive talk with Bizhan Tong, CEO of Phoenix Waters Productions, on “Film as an Alternative Investment: Inside the Business of Storytelling.”
A former Barclays fund manager turned filmmaker, Bizhan is known for bridging East and West through commercially viable films and series. Moderated by Keina Chiu, this private session explored how film is structured and financed globally, partnership with VCs for maximised returns, and why entertainment attracts investors globally.
