Bell Captain / Concierge Assistant


Job Description

  • Provide high quality of concierge services to guests and handle their needs and enquiries
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain the room facilities
  • Deliver luggage/messages to guests and undertake various other requests

Job Requirement

  • Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Customer services oriented, proactive and a team player
  • Good communication skills
