Zoku, located on the second floor of The Hari, will host a special 6-course Cocktails & Champagne Pairing Dinner with Jade Lau, a renowned mixologist and brand ambassador from Pernod Ricard. On 27 June, Jade Lau will create special cocktails exclusively for Zoku from 6pm to 10pm. Prepare for an unforgettable evening at Zoku where you’ll indulge in Jade’s exceptional cocktails, savour a delightfully curated Discovering Zoku Menu by our culinary team, and revel in an impressive array of beverages. The dining experience will be further enhanced by a captivating DJ performance. All in all, a night not to be missed!

With a rich background in the industry, Jade brings her expertise to Zoku from her recent role as Head Bartender at one of Asia’s Best 50 Bars. She is renowned for her meticulously crafted cocktails that blend local history and culture with exotic culinary flavours. Jade’s signature style embodies precision, consistency, and a unique flair.

 

Jade’s exclusive cocktails will include:

 

  • Soap Bubble: Featuring KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, Lime Juice and Sea Salt
  • Tomato-tini: A delicate mix of KINO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, Fino Sherry, Sour Plum Cordial and Tomato Water
  • Summer Time: A vibrant cocktail with KI NO TEA Kyoto Dry Gin, Lillet Blanc, Watermelon, Coconut Water and Lime

Features Highlights


The 6-course Cocktails & Champagne Pairing Dinner features highlights made through the art of contemporary Japanese cuisine, including Zoku Nigiris with Salmon, Truffle, Wagyu, Tuna and Foie Gras, and paired with Perrier-Jouet Blason Rose NV Champagne from France; Pork Pluma with Bell Pepper, Celery Root and Yuzu, accompanied by a special cocktail from Jade Lau. In addition, the à la carte menu and a selection of red, white, and sparkling wines are available as well, ensuring a sophisticated culinary experience for every guest.

 

The 6-course Cocktails and Champagne Pairing Dinner Menu will be available on 27 June from 6pm to 10pm at HK$888 (per person), including 3 special cocktails made by Jade Lau. Price is subject to 10 percent service charge.

 

The Cocktails & Champagne Pairing Dinner will be featured throughout 2024, with visits by guest mixologists, and the full line up is to be released in July.
