Exuberant yet timeless, Zoku Restaurant is a tasteful tribute to the culinary culture of Japan. Beneath an asymmetrical origami ceiling, Zoku, meaning “clan” in Japanese, is designed for socialising with khaki velvet booths playing off a palette of pinks and leathers. It is the ideal space to enjoy cocktails with Japanese ingredients, or wine and sake late into the night.

At Zoku, all fish & seafood on the menu are sourced and carefully selected from different prefectures and countries not subjected to any restriction.

※Zoku adheres to a smart dress code for all guests, including children. Gentlemen refrain from wearing shorts, vest, sandals or slippers.

※Hotel restaurant guests enjoy three hours of complimentary parking per car with a minimum spending of HK$1,500. Our valet parking operates on a first-come-first-serve basis and is subject to availability. A dining receipt must be presented for complimentary parking.

Tuesday is now your new favourite oyster day! Savour a meticulously curated menu featuring the finest seasonal oysters, golden bites, and sizzling skewers fresh from the grill. Pair your meal with warm sake or whisky for the ultimate indulgence.

Join us every Tuesday from 6pm to 9pm, starting at $988 for two people. Enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited servings of fresh oysters, complemented by free-flowing beverages. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.

Enjoy the perfect blend of free-flow drinks and live music from talented local artists as you discover a parade of authentic Japanese flavours, from irresistible Zoku signature snacks and expertly grilled skewers to beautifully crafted makimono rolls. Highlights include Salmon Tartar Tacos, Kyushu Chicken Wings, Japanese Taro skewer and Zoku Roll.

Savour the bold, authentic flavour of Hokkaido Sanma at Zoku, a seasonal delicacy prized for its firm, flavourful flesh and rich, satisfying umami.

We offer two exquisite preparations to experience its essence: the Hokkaido Sanma Sashimi, showcasing the fish’s pristine texture in its purest form, and the Shioyaki Hokkaido Sanma, where salt-grilling crisps the skin to lock in its aromatic, oily richness.

Elevate your experience by pairing these dishes with classic condiments and a perfectly chosen drink; we recommend the crisp Zoku Sochu Martini or the elegant HK Negroni to complement the delicate flavours and cut through the richness.

Brunch Experience

Zoku Restaurant & The Terrace is available for weekend brunches every Saturday and Public Holidays from 12 noon to 3 pm.

To kick off the brunch feast, savour a Moriwase Sashimi Platter, Wagyu Gyoza, Zoku Nigiris and many more to tantalise the taste buds. For mains, taste an array of dishes such as Toriniku Teryaki (Grilled spring chicken), Hamachi Kama (Yellowtail collar, sweet potato espuma), and Kohitsuji Yaki (Chargrilled lamb chop). What’s more, guests can also opt for the Lobster Tsukemen (Okinawa Soba, Spicy Soup) or Grilled A5 Miyazaki Wagyu (Kobocha, yellow chili sauce) at an additional price for a meal experience enhancement.

Tempting desserts such as Salted Caramel Sando, Hojicha Creme Brulee and Strawberry Pistachio Tart await guests to savour.

The brunch menu starts from $688 per person for food only, guests can also enhance the dining experience with a bottomless beverage package with Cocktails and Champagne at a special supplement price. All prices quoted are subject to a 10% service charge.
